With his knowledge as a physical therapist, Greg will teach simple drills, techniques and movement patterns that anyone and everyone can benefit from to help you move better, feel better and live better.
Each week will be different as he will generally focus on a particular region of the body so that you can learn and practice ways to improve joint and nerve mobility, muscle flexibility, and overall strength and stability which will help with everyday demands as well as with your recreational activities. So whether you have a nagging injury or you just want performance enhancement, Movement, Mobility & Maintenance is a great option.
