Starting Wednesday Oct 5th we will be making some changes our group fitness schedule:
- The Wednesday SS Classic at 10:45 AM with Jen will be changing to SS Circuit (still) with Jen.
- We will be adding a Wednesday SS Classic class with Jen at 3:15 pm to 4:15pm
SS Circuit – Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
