Group Fitness Updates

We will be making changes to our group fitness schedule starting Monday June 12:

Schedule Changes

  • Monday 8am PIYO will be moved to 8:30 – 9:15am with Lisa (45 min class).
  • Monday and Friday Senior Fit at 9:30am and 10:45am will be changed to SS Classic with Karen.
  • Wednesday Insanity at 8am will be moved to 8:30 – 9:15am with Jacqueline (45 min class).
  • Thursdays at 9:30am we will be offering DXF Dance with Yanni.
  • Friday Insanity at 8am will be moved to 8:30-9:15am with Jacqueline (45 min class).

Cancellations

  • Saturday Cup Of Flow with Lacey will be removed from the schedule.
  • Tuesday SS Yoga at 3:15pm with Michael will be removed.  June 6th will be the last class.
