PIYOThis class will strengthen muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen while toning other muscle groups, leading to better posture, balance, and stability.

Dance Fusion

Dance Fusion is a dance class that fuses dance styles from around the world. You will learn a blend of dance combinations from India, West Africa, Spain, Latin America and USA. All levels welcome.

DXF Dance

Essential Basic Yoga

Kickboxing

KickboxingKickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from Karate, Muay Thai, Kun Khmer, and Boxing. Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, as a contact sport or in our case as a great workout.

Pilates

PilatesPilates focuses on strengthening our inner postural muscles, which support the spine and are crucial to our well-being and the performance of daily activities. Pilates also tones the body, improves posture, and increases energy, flexibility and blood flow.

Step Class

Step Aerobic Class gives you simple, heart pumping routines for a full body cardio and muscular conditioning class, including toning the butt and legs. All levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

  • Please bring a change of sneakers for class. Wearing shoes in from outside will damage the floor.
