BODYPUMP™
Bodypump™ is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. You'll use a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. SIGN-UP REQUIRED.
willPower & Grace
willPower & Grace is a sweaty, dynamic fusion of the fitness industry's most popular (and most effective) group exercise programs. This workout is the ideal cardiovascular solution for mind-body practitioners. It's equipment-free; barefoot, and infused with positive, strengthening philosophy; develop ankle, knee and hip stabilization to facilitate good movement and prevent injury.
Vinyasa Yoga
All asanas in this power yoga class flow in a graceful sequence, guided by rhythmic breathing, to produce an inner heat and suppleness in the muscles. Realize the body's full potential and quiet the mind to create a dance-like movement that strengthens and balances. Prior practice is recommended.
Yoga
Experience comfortable, graceful and injury-free movements as you enjoy a flowing practice with precise attention to detail on alignment, which provides structural support. Sound sequencing of postures offers maximum benefit; coordination of breath and movement facilitates deep stress release and relaxation.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on strengthening our inner postural muscles, which support the spine and are crucial to our well-being and the performance of daily activities. Pilates also tones the body, improves posture, and increases energy, flexibility and blood flow.
Zumba®
fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class! Ditch the workout, join the party!
Zumba® Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs.
SilverSneakers®
Cardio Circuit®
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.
YogaStretch®
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement®
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
