Booty, Abs and Arms

Booty, Abs and ArmsThe Booty, Abs and Arms workout will give your overall muscular structure a boost while slimming your midsection and tightening your arms and rear. All levels welcome.

Core and More

PIYOThis class will strengthen muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen while toning other muscle groups, leading to better posture, balance, and stability.

Dance Fusion

Dance Fusion is a dance class that fuses dance styles from around the world. You will learn a blend of dance combinations from India, West Africa, Spain, Latin America and USA. All levels welcome.

DXF Dance

DXF DanceDXF is a fun, energized fitness dance that is a blend of Hip-hop, Reggae and Latin dance styles. All levels welcome!

Essential Basic Yoga

vinyasaAwaken your senses through the use of essential oils as you are guided through a flow of standing and seated poses to lengthen and strengthen your body.

Fundamental Yoga

Fundamental YogaPrimary Focus of fundamental postures at a pace that allows all practitioners – from beginners to advanced – the opportunity to explore yoga in a safe and supported environment.

Pilates

PilatesPilates focuses on strengthening our inner postural muscles, which support the spine and are crucial to our well-being and the performance of daily activities. Pilates also tones the body, improves posture, and increases energy, flexibility and blood flow.

Renew Yoga

Sculpt and Tone

Sculpt and ToneSculpt and Tone is a non aerobic muscle toning class. A combination of free weights, tubing and body weight resistance is used.

Vinyasa Yoga

vinyasaAll asanas in this power yoga class flow in a graceful sequence, guided by rhythmic breathing, to produce an inner heat and suppleness in the muscles. Realize the body’s full potential and quiet the mind to create a dance-like movement that strengthens and balances. Prior practice is recommended.

Yoga

YogaExperience comfortable, graceful and injury-free movements as you enjoy a flowing practice with precise attention to detail on alignment, which provides structural support. Sound sequencing of postures offers maximum benefit; coordination of breath and movement facilitates deep stress release and relaxation.

  • All classes are free to members unless noted otherwise. Non-member cost: $12/class; or $8 for seniors.
  • Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
  • Please bring a change of sneakers for class. Wearing shoes in from outside will damage the floor.
  • All classes are subject to change without notice.
  • Late entry to class is not permitted for your safety.
