Frequently Asked Questions

Forgot/Change my Password:

  1. Go the the Login Page
  2. Under the “Log In” button please click “Forgot Password” to reset/set you password

Update my billing Information

  1. Login to the Member Portal. Click here for instructions
  2. Under “Welcome” click the “Update Billing Info” button to change your billing on file.

Put my membership on hold

  1. Login to the Member Portal. Click here for instructions
  2. Under “Welcome” click the “Add Hold” button

PLEASE REMEMBER: Members can add one hold per year for a min of 2 weeks to a max of 3 months per start date of their memberships.

Pay my balance:

  1. Login to the Member Portal. Click here for instructions
  2. Under “Welcome” click the “Pay Outstanding Balance” button to pay any balances you may have.

Please Note: If your payment is not going through or you are getting an error, you may want to update or re-enter your billing information by selecting the “Update Billing Information” link then try again.

View my Payment and/or Visit History

  1. Login to the Member Portal. Click here for instructions
  2. At the bottom of the¬† screen, select “View Visit History” or “View Payments”

Cancel my Membership:

  1. Login to the Member Portal. Click here for instructions
  2. Go to “Membership Details”
  3. Under “Membership Details” you will see an “Actions” dropdown to the right.
  4. Select “Cancel Membership”.
